Cyra Learning App refunds the amount if the customer cannot watch the classes due to our technical issue. The refund request has to be made at cyralearnings@gmail.com with your email ID and registered mobile number or by calling us on +91 6238174025. Refunds shall be made to bank account within 10 working days. Mobile Application having demo for all classes as free, customer can check the classes before purchasing.
Customer can request to cancel the subscription within 12 hours after the subscription, the service activation shall be hold immediately after the cancellation request . No refund is given after 12 hours of purchase. If the purchased course / standard need to be changed within 24 hours of purchase, the customer has to further request for the required subscription, we will provide the same within a seven working days.
